Every week we will be featuring five things to do this summer in London. In addition to our fab list of camps and classes, these are our five spontaneous options for you to do with the kids. Staying in the city is great when there’s so much to do…
1. Send the Kids to a Summer Camp
Check out our roundup of dropoff summer camps for kids, from science to sport to performing arts. The Chiswick Maggie and Rose also has a super summer camp full of fun stuff.
2. Get back to nature, Isis Education Centre Hyde Park
Take the kids to the Isis Education Centre every Wednesday for a great summer experience. Get back to nature at one of their classes ranging from the life aquatic to creepy crawlies.
3. See an Outdoor Flick
Outdoor screenings at their finest. Nomad Cinema’s, Pop Up Screens and The Luna Cinema have a collection of classics that will have the whole family sharing the popcorn.
4. Go to the theatre dahling
Kids Week is actually all month long: kids go FREE to loads of top shows across London in August.
5. Jump in the Pool
Not the beach, but the next best thing. Pack a picnic and hit the pool. Check out WLM’s roundup of places to swim in west London to find out where to go.
Have a great week and remember to check out our summer section for more inspiration.
