TOP LONDON MUMMY BLOGGERS
We recently asked our readers to vote for their favourite London Mummy Bloggers – this group of women share the highs and lows of Motherhood and invite us into their new found roles – even if it is a friendship over the warm glow of the computer screen – never underestimate the power of a comment, a tweet or a virtual hug.
Topics of blogs vary from personal testimonials to craft projects…but one theme remains constant – raising a child in London and the wonders the city has to offer. View the first two group of nominees here and here.
Please enjoy our next group of nominees: 10-15:
LITTLE SCANDINAVIAN by Bianca Wessel
Little Scandinavian is a gateway and online destination to the world of Scandinavia. It’s all you need to know about Nordic children’s fashion, contemporary design and a relaxed family lifestyle. The blog was founded in 2009 by a Norwegian mum, Bianca Wessel who lives in London with her husband and two daughters.

MUMMY KINDNESS by Rachel
Rachel Berg hopes her blog will encourage mums to stop competing and comparing and remember that really, we’re all on the same team. She lives in Woodford Green with her two small children, husband and two incontinent cats and has a tendency to over-share.

NOT ANOTHER MUMMY BLOG by Alison
Mum of one, Alison Perry, started Not Another Mummy Blog in June 2011, while she was on maternity leave from her job as a senior editor in women’s magazines. She needed a creative output and says she just had a lot to say about being a mum. Not Another Mummy Blog (named as such because it seemed like everyone was starting a mum blog back then) was quickly named as Netmums Blog of the Week and won Alison the Best Mummy Blog Writer gong at the 2011 Gurgle Blog Awards.
In reality, it is another mummy blog. Her blog is about everything mums are interested in – fashion, beauty, amazing buys, travel and yes, even parenting.

FROM FUN TO MUM by ‘F’
From Fun to Mum is penned by ‘F’ a 30 something Italian living in London. She used work in media and had a number of the best London restaurants on speed dial. She’s travelled and built a decent handbag collection , then had her daughter G in October 2010.
The blog is about being a mum, but it is also about having fun. Art, travel and fashion is what makes me tick. I have little G in tow, but with London galleries, museums and parks, who needs a garden, right? You’ll see travel and fashion posts on my blog, but don’t come looking for cooking or crafting, I’m useless at those.

KIDS CHAOS by Ali
Ali Clifford started the her blog at the end of 2012. Prior to this, she had been dabbling with a joint blog as a bit of fun with Maggy at Red Ted Art.
“I decided to start the www.kidschaos blog as an outlet for my own and my childrens’, creativity…. being ‘surprised’ with a new camera for Christmas really helped to drive the output on the blog”
This has led Ali to start another blog, www.AGreenerLifeForUs.com which she’s loving for her more grown-up ethical, organic, recycled stories.
