WLM recently met up with the Juliet, the founder of Bedazzled:
What inspired you to start Bedazzled Events?
I was an entertainer for six years working for a number of different event companies, learning what worked and what didn’t! I wanted to create a company which made event planning stress free and enjoyable for the event organizer. Each event is unique, I love the creative process that goes into the design and layout of any sized party. I wanted to offer contemporary entertainers, who have a plan outlined, but will also be spontaneous and creative to suit any group of children.
What is your favourite place in West London?
I absolutely love Buchanan’s Organic Deli in Hammersmith. It’s a great local café where I love to have breakfast.
How do you spend your downtime?
I am a big theatre lover and enjoy visiting the Lyric Hammersmith or Royal Court. I also love de-stressing and relaxing in a yoga or pilates class.
What tips do you have for planning the perfect children’s party?
Allow for plenty of time and plan as much as you can in advance. Pick the date, time, venue and theme and then get creative. Having a budget in mind is always helpful or have a company like Bedazzled Events do it for you! Most of all, make sure you enjoy planning the party and watch as the fun unfolds on the big day!
