Crafternoon Fundraiser at Kite Studios

You are warmly invited to our Summer Celebration on 16th June at Kite Studios: an afternoon of creativity, followed by a party in the evening.

This is a fundraising event for our Kite Art CIC Sponsorship Fund, which provides free workshops for children with a range of abilities and needs, from Wendell Park Primary School. This programme is in its third successful year and we are keen to extend it to other schools.

From 3 to 6pm we are offering an array of workshops for you to enjoy—from throwing on the wheel to laser cutting with our new glow forge. This will be a hands-on afternoon of family fun.

Afterwards, join our party from 7:30 to 11pm, an evening of art, music, food and drink in our creative oasis.

Workshops cost £5, and if you’d like to join the dinner and party after ticket are £10 per entry to the party. All proceeds raised will go towards the Sponsorship Fund and this year we are aiming to raise enough to fund a year’s worth of workshops for a second school.
