On Tuesday May 17th at The Arts Educational School in Chiswick and Thursday May 19th at Haven Green Baptist Church , Vicky Warr, top west London personal trainer and director of The BeezKneez prenatal and postnatal fitness company is bringing an exciting new fitness craze to town with London’s first MAMA SAMBO MASTERCLASS exclusively for mums from 4 months postnatal onwards.
Vicky says “Being a new mum is tough enough without giving ourselves the added worry of trying to squeeze into our skinny jeans before we’re physically and emotionally ready. The most important thing for new mums – or any women, to remember, is that exercise should make us feel fantastic. We need to embrace the stage of life we’re at, be happy with being who we are and let getting fit and shaping up just add to our fabulousness!”
As mum to a toddler and with another on the way, Vicky can relate to what mum’s want out of their fitness classes and that’s finding something that they will enjoy and want to stick at long enough to see great results. And with these factors in mind, MAMA SAMBO was born.
It’s a total body conditioning workout for all levels of fitness, comprising of exercises to work those hard to tone, baby battered areas such as the tummy, bum and thighs, but what makes it fun is incorporating easy to learn dance moves set to a funky, upbeat Latin tempo.
