If you’re feeling anxious, fearful or nervous about returning to work this workshop aims to turn that negative emotion into positive energy, so you feel prepared, confident and ready. Over a glass of Prosecco and nibbles, you will meet other mamas in the same boat, and together learn techniques and receive practical tips and advice to empower you to break free from whatever is making you feel concerned and worried about returning to work.
Combining her personal experience as a working mother, and a background supporting women to overcome a range of issues including anxiety and low self-esteem; Sophie Parker, the founder of The Inner has created a unique workshop using her know-how as a cognitive hypnotherapist and coach to help lay the foundation for success as a working mother.
The session has been designed to be intimate in size and space is limited, to create an opportunity to connect with other mums in an open and supportive environment, as well as learn from each other.
To ensure that the positive change you experience in the room is a lasting one everyone who attends will be given resources to take away, and the option to book a 30 minute one-to-one coaching Zoom or telephone call with Sophie. There will also be an opportunity to mingle and network after the workshop.
