What do you do with your little ones when mummy needs a coffee break or if it’s pouring rain outside? Luckily for Fulham mummies, Margo & Julia’s has recently opened in Parsons Green. Margo & Julia’s is a charming kid- and dog-friendly café with an amazing selection of goodies. The best part is a gorgeous playroom downstairs with a big ball pit for the little monkeys to roll around in.
On top of their drool-worthy selection of freshly baked goods, there is much to choose from on their menu for grownups and children alike. For the kids there are sandwiches, omelets, pastas, fresh juices and special hot dishes—you will find something for even the pickiest of eaters. The regular menu lists delicious salads, quiches and fresh soups in addition to daily specials such as chicken tikka. Most important for me is that the coffees are stunning!
What I love about Margo & Julia’s is that the staff are always so warm, friendly and accommodating. They are more than happy to help with your buggy or give an extra hand to mums balancing a million things. It truly is 100 percent child-friendly and I always feel so comfortable bringing my kids in there. The décor is lovely, with teapot pendants hanging from the ceiling. The playroom downstairs is magical and even has a couple of little tables so you can feed the little ones there. Plus the play area is always quite clean—a huge relief because there are a lot of dirty kid cafes out there!
Margo, the owner, was inspired by her daughter Julia to create this wonderful space, so it is created by a mum for other mums to enjoy. If you’re looking for a new hangout or just to bring the children to a place you will love as much as they do, then pop over to Margo & Julia’s for a great experience.
