February half term is approaching and thankfully even in lockdown there is still loads for kids to do. Activities and camps are mainly online this year, unless you are a keyworker some camps are happening in-person. If a whole week of no online school to help occupy the kids seems daunting, don’t worry we’ve got a great list of virtual activities they can partake in throughout the week. Little Angel Theatre Online Workshops
Join Islington’s amazing puppet theatre on Zoom for a series of fun, creative workshops to get your half term mornings off to a crafty start. Join for a session or thee whole week – each day will be unique and take children aged 6-10 through a different puppetry style. Through the week they will bring items in the home alive with our object theatre session, learn how to create puppets from your recycling and create stories on your walls by making shadow puppets.
Little Hands Design: The Revamp Designer
Little Hands Design is a charity providing hands-on climate change education through fashion and textiles. They are offering a week of art, textiles and fashion activities, learning the designer’s process with the outcome of a customised item/s of clothing that you will be proud to wear. For ages 8-18.

Richer Education Half Term Virtual Camps
Richer Education, a leader in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) education, is offering Virtual February Half-Term. Parents have the option to choose from a morning or afternoon time slot. Camp topics include coding, leadership, science, debating and public speaking and more.

ZSL Wild At Home
Zoological Society of London is calling on animal lovers to go #WildAtHome this February half term to keep Britain’s youngsters entertained and help raise vital funds while the zoos remain closed to the public. This packed week of events for children (and their parents!) to join in features virtual role play with the vets and keepers alongside at-home challenge events.
The Strings Club Holiday Camps
The Strings Club is offering music camps which are available in-person in some London locations for children of keyworkers and online for everyone. Each morning of halfterm there a 30 mins instrumental lesson (violin, guitar, ukulele) or 30 mins Music Club (no instrument needed) then after a short break jump back in for a 45 minute workshop session. You can book one session or the whole five days.
Kite Studios Art Workshops
Kite Studios has a selection of art workshops on offer this half term, you can participate in Clay Camp every day or dabble with one-off workshops including Mythological Masks, Paper Mache Collage Creations, and Puppet Making.
