Are you looking for something for your child to do on Saturdays?

Is your child inspired by Science, and would love to get involved in real-life experiments?

Would your kids relish the opportunity to spend more hands on time engaging in fun science projects?

With Saturday workshops in science, robotics and civil engineering, Richer Education offer an array of science classes to engage your kids and take their learning to another level.

Richer Education’s Science workshops are designed to inspire and motivate primary aged children into learning about Science in a hands-on, practical way.

Children can choose from a menu of general science, robotics and civil engineering workshops.  A typical science workshop might be anything from dissecting a real heart, turning wine into water, to holding fire in their hands.

In robotics, children learn to write code, build a robot with robotic arms, that can grasp objects as well as how to synchronise multiple robots to make them dance.

In civil engineering, children learn both in groups and independently as they create, question, collaborate and find solutions to real life engineering challenges, in a child friendly way. They will be looking at construction materials, geotechnical engineering, soil magic, traffic engineering, structures and bridges, environmental and hydraulic engineering to name a few of the many subjects that will be covered.

Science Saturday workshops are 9.30 – 11.30, Robotic Saturday workshops run from 12-2pm and Civil Engineering classes are at 2-4pm. All classes take place at Imperial College.
