Baby it’s hot outside! And nothing cools you down better than a dip in a pool. We’re loving Pools in the Park in Richmond. Pools in the Park Richmond is part of SpringHealth Leisure Club group which also has other venues in Heathrow, Hampstead and Chelmsform. The Richmond location offers two indoor pools, one outdoor pool, as well as a paddling pool and a gym.
In addition to swimming which starts at 6:30am, the club also has swimming lessons for kids, birthday pool parties and a wide range of fitness programs. You can either pay-as-you-go or choose from different membership options. Swimming under 5’s is free with paying rates ranging from £2.90 – £3.90.
The facilities also include a cafe serving up a good selection of hot and cold food. However, if you’d prefer to pack a picnic – the large grassy area surrounding the pool is perfect to pitch up – luckily there are trees to protect little ones from the sun.
With plenty of parking and clean modern facilities – it’s definitely worth checking out.
