He’s the busiest man at the moment. With millions of requests flooding in daily and guest appearances across the globe, we managed to catch up with jolly Santa Claus to find out how manages to do it all and how he relaxes with the Mrs. once December 25 ends…
With the current economy, have you had to downsize your elves? If so, how have you been managing to keep up demand?
We are very proud of our National Elf Service and we have been very lucky even though times are hard that all the Elves have stayed employed. As long as the government doesn’t put a tax on carrots – that’s a winter fuel price we don’t want to go up!
What is the strangest gift request you’ve had?
I once got asked for “A Little Hen”.
With all the cookies left out for you on Christmas night, do you do a cleanse/detox in January?
I’ll be juicing and making smoothies into 2014. Hopefully Mrs. Claus isn’t reading this, but I do have a secret stash of mince pies…shhh…
How do you and Mrs. Claus spend the rest of the year?
We like to holiday in Santa Barbara or Santa Monica.
What’s on the top of everyone’s wish list this year?
Lego and Monopoly are still firm favourites as well as Nerf and Furbies. Last year a lot of little girls wanted Princess Kate Wedding dresses – so am expecting a rush on baby Prince George dolls!
