Wonderland Collective Pops Up in Acton

If you find yourself heading down Acton High Street between now and the 2nd of April, pop into the Wonderland Collective’s pop-up shop. Local designers and businesses have taken over the space next to the George & Dragon Pub to showcase their wide range of unique wares.

Curated by markets experts Eat Me Drink Me, a variety of original creations awaits your perusal: Mala & Bunga offer a collection of silver and gold jewellery, Victoria Eggs specialise in homewares from aprons to cushions, Catherine Colebrook creates textiles and ceramics, and Handmade in Ealing will tempt you with tasty chocolates and truffles.

You’ll also find beautiful things for your walls, including Tessa Galloway’s intricate London illustrations and Charlotte Berridge’s lovely prints incorporating the streets, parks, bridges and buildings of Chiswick, Acton and Ealing.

Plus, this Thursday, the 23rd of February, sees the start of Ealing Bites shopping evenings at the pop-up. For the first of these bite-sized talks, Paola Tich and Mike Taylor from Acton’s Park + Bridge wine shop will discuss ‘their journey from idea to thriving business’. Relax with a glass of wine and meet the makers of the Wonderland Collective. Future Ealing Bites nights include a chocolate workshop by Handmade in Ealing and a social media masterclass from Ealing Mums in Business.

The Wonderland Collective Pop-Up is open Wednesdays through Saturdays from 10am to 6pm and on Sundays from 11am to 5pm. The Ealing Bites shopping evenings run Thursdays from 6pm to 9pm. You’ll find the pop-up on 185 Acton High Street, W3 9DJ. For more information, visit the Wonderland Collective’s website.
