Time for Mums: switch to manual mode

How many times have you tried to take a picture of your child only to have it over exposed or to have missed the moment completely because you were fiddling with the settings?  Say hello to great photos with a Time for Mums course.

We’re huge fans of Time for Mums—their photography classes for parents will have you capturing your child’s every moment.  Their upcoming course in Queens Park has found a new home at The Alice House on Salusbury Road, a great venue where after class you can relax and enjoy a coffee while mulling over your pictures.  Pre-walking babies are welcome, making it fun for both mums and babies.  We recently checked out a class and chatted with some of the mums on the course:

The classes are a great place to meet new mums and learn a new skill (finally figure out how to use the camera) all while spending time with your baby.  The course covers various aspects of good composition and using light to your best advantage. You’ll get to practice your skills and get personal feedback from Kitty Phillips an accomplished children’s photographer in west London.  So dust off that SLR and finally learn how to make the switch over to manual…

The next session starts on June 12th and runs for 5 weeks from 10-11:30am.  The cost is £149 (£129 if booked before 31st May).
