Fusion Lifestyle—a leading registered charity providing quality sport, leisure and fitness activities to local communities—has created a programme of outdoor classes for all the family, from Buggy Bootcamps and running clubs, to INTENCITY Bootcamps and outdoor group exercise classes.

Fusion’s own INTENCITY fitness concept is heading outside for the first time ever with fun group Bootcamps, getting heart rates racing.
Two different outdoor INTENCITY sessions are on offer:
- INTENCITY CARDIO & ABS—combining HIIT cardio activity with core conditioning
- INTENCITY MAX—a full mix of bodyweight exercises and dynamic movement training, using kit including kettlebells, tyres, battle ropes and training hammers.

Exercising in sociable group Bootcamps in the fresh air helps to add variety to your workout, keeping you engaged and achieving the same great results.”
